Mother (age 86) received a phone call telling her it was Medicare and she would receive new benefits. She gave no information but they had her routing number. About 2 weeks later they called back to tell her about all the equipment she would get. They ordered her a chair lift. When I called the number I was told it was US Healthcare Services, the largest supplier of products in country and they don't solicit business. They stated my mother would have called and placed the order (she didn't). They all told me they were too large of an organization to tell me who referred or placed the order. Today she noticed the $447.34 charge using an electronic check with a statement on the signature stating "no signature required" authorization given. They even provide a TID OF8JUEDN4Z9K1ECZ. It was YR Benefits. I will file fraud charges with bank, filed a complaint with MI AG, called my local media. I believe it is fraud. Look to see if your family begins receiving durable medical goods.US Healthcare contacts the provider for authorization. Their phone number is 888-244-0098, I can no longer get through. Beware this company is committing fraud and Medicare CMS needs to be made aware.
