I ordered a pair of Merrell shoes on June 20 from Rios. PayPal made a payment on the same day. I received a confirmation email, but then nothing. I kept checking the status of the order and it always said "processing". I emailed customer service through their site, saying I needed the shoes for an event and if they were not going to be delivered in time I wanted to cancel my order. On July 4th I made a claim with PayPal. They are looking into the matter. Today (7/10) I received word from PayPal that they have received a shipping number from Rios. PayPal said they are still investigating.
