Rios Shoes is a fraud. I ordered a pair of shoes and paid $40.50 through my PayPal account. I received a shower cap (send to that Rios Shoes could tell PayPal fraud investigators that it had tracking information). Turns out that "Rios Shoes" is actually a criminal residing in China.
