I ordered a pair of shoes from Riosfashionshoes.com and like the others on this link, never received them. I opened a dispute through PayPal, through which I had paid for the order. They closed the dispute because Rios Shoes provided proof of shipment. I thought my shoes were on their way. But, as I'm sure you've already guessed, they were not.instead, I received a small plastic bracelet which allowed Rios Shoes to show that a package they had shipped was delivered to my home. That's how they prove shipment/delivery to PayPal.
They never respond to emails. The only way to combat these thieves is to report them.
