I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Rios Shoes. I paid with PayPal. They took my money and did not send the shoes. I tried to contact them and no response. I filed a claim with PayPal and they told PayPal they sent a package. It was a kitchen sponge not shoes! So PayPal refunded me the money. Thank goodness for them.
