I placed an order, got nothing from Rios Shoes. Checked status and they reported Pending. PayPal showed that the funds had been forwarded to Rios Shoes. I have sent Rios Shoes two messages and have received no replies. I noticed a post that had a phone number for Rios Shoes. I called it and it was a private party. I obviously want the shoes or I would not have ordered them. It isn't so much the money here as the principle. I wish that I would have read reviews prior to placing the order. I have not seen ANY positive feedback
