I order two (2) pairs of shoes from Rios Shoes on July 11 for a total of $69.30 and paid via PayPal. Rio-Shoes received the $69.30 from PayPal on 7/13 according to my bank account and to date (7/24) I have not received my merchandise from them. I have a confirmation of my order and payment from Rios Shoes that I received via email. I also have confirmation of payment to Rios Shoes from PayPal. Please let me know what I need to do to either receive my merchandise or reimbursement of the $69.30 that I authorized payment to Rios Shoes through PayPal.
