I owed Citibank 2670.00 went to the branch with 3000.00 and left with a balance of 1384.14 still oweing Citibank 870.00 and my acct. Was active
I called Citibank to see if a check had cleared 20 days later. I was told yes by the manager and 4 days later the check was returned.
