Citibank cancelled my prepaid card without my permission. I now have to wait up to 4 business days to receive my Funds on a check. The customer service reps are rude. They don't treat you right just because you have a hearing problem. They will refuse to give you any information to file your complaint. I contacted them a while back concerning this cancellation. Nobody got back to me so I asumed everything was o.K. These are my funds and I should be able to use them. They give you the option of adding funds on the card and then they cancel your card. If your employer forces you to use a prepaid card don't do it! Furthermore, citibank has a habbit of debiting your card twice. Beware of Citibank!
