Same as all the other complaints bought a trial product but then they charge you £69 per month for a pot of cream - contacted the bank and they inform in small print it says that they will keep sending it you if you dont cancel.
How do you cancel it when none of the tel nos work and you can only email - i emailed and got a response saying its too late we have taken payment and they wont refund my money.
As if anyone in their right mind would pay £69 for a small pot of normal cream
