In late July I ordered what i thought was a free sample of Purasilk Face Cream. I received the cream and from the information letter sent thought I had 14 days to cancel before they charged me $115.65. When I rang up today to do so as I could not afford to pay that much (I am a Pensioner) they told me that the 14 days started from the day I ordered it and that they had already taken the money and would not refund any. As I had also ordered the Alluria Face Cream but had not received it I said I would cancel that order but they again said they had already taken that same amount and would not refund it whether I wanted the cream or not I argued with them and asked to speak to a Manager who said the same thing but did offer me a 25% refund. Which I felt I had no option but to except as I am now seriously short of money this month. I feel like I have been robbed.
