Like everyone else I did not realise it was a scam till I received the cream. To begin with there was a lot more cream than I expected. I read the enclosed letter to find out how I let them know about the results in 14 days as that's the trial I agreed to... I was to test the cream for 14 days with a photograph before and after. But that was NOT what I was reading!!! The offer had also stated there were only 4 places left to trial the cream so "hurry". Thankfully I kept on reading the tiny print at the bottom of the letter, telling me that £79.95 for the trial cream and £59.95 for an eye serum will be taken from my bank within the next 7 days!!! Ouch!!! I went straight to my bank & showed them my letter & they put a stop on my bank-card, phew! But it didn't end there as I had also emailed them to tell them to cancel my order & I recieved an automated reply saying someone will get back to me in 72 hours due to the high demand for there product. I soon figured it out that the small print says the automated shipment of there cream began the day you ordered the trial. So 3 days for the cream to arrive followed by 72hrs to cancel your order! And then there are the emails from Nancy to tell me I had agreed to there terms & conditions including, full price of the cream if they do not receive at least 14 days of the unused cream. I could go on & on as the saga with them will continue... But I just wanted you all to know your not alone... Your just one of many & I hope you all receive what you have paid to this scam.
