Realised it was a scam. Tried to cancel via e-mail. No response. Had to ring phone number in US at my expense. Was told that my 14 day trial included order date and as I rang on the 15th day from order date (inclusive) I could not cancel for refund.
14 day trial is only a 13 day trial as product will not get to you on day of order and therefore the trial is described wrongly. Maybe trading standards could look into it.
Eventually was offered refund for 1/2 the cost if I was happy to receive yet another jar of cream which I declined. Phone operator said to send product back for refund. No refund received despite return of cream.
Feel conned. Like my money back. Can't get in touch unless i spent more money on a phone call to US
