I agreed to a $3.99 free trial charge to "try" Purasilk cream and entered my charge card on the internet.initially, a small jar of cream arrived with the 3.99 charge. Two wks later I was billed $89.99 for the same jar and told I had signed up for a monthly program, which I had not. The company refused to acknowledge return of the cream and would not credit the bill. The end of September, I received another jar of cream and $74.94 was placed on my charge without my permission. The company refused to allow return and credit. I request a full refund of $164.93.
