They advertised a cream that if you take both together it will take years off you and all for less than a face lift. They showed a woman before who they said was in her late 50's and an after picture she looked late 30's. The creams were on a free trial we had to fill in a form then give them a promo code and all we paid was a few $ p&p. 3 weeks later both companies took a debit from my account both together totalling apprx $225.17 as it was £75.95 and £65.95. Then we get a letter saying in 48 days time they will send more cream at a bargain price of £59.97 "plus a small £2.49 s&h fee" i don't even know what s&h fee is!
We can cancel the next lot of cream but we have to ring a us number which i can't get through on.
This is totally unacceptable and yet i cant cancel the next unauthorised order and i went into debt which cost me a fee with my bank as money was taken and as i wasn't prepared for it they took what i had in for a bill payment which bounced.
