Anti wrinkle scam got free trial did not read the fine print 14 day trial then return to company if not happy. Did not like the cream felt sticky and did not apply well. No indication of true price for cream. Billed 99.00 for each cream pura silk bellatrix on credit card statement got an email from the company saying my enrollment was complete and new shipment in the mail. Phoned company contact information - " Megan" said it was too late should have read the fine print I would have to pay for the whole new subscription amount 99.00 for each cream and the new shipment of 69.00 plus shipping etc no recourse but she did cancel the subscription from there. Phoned credit card company no help there but Andrew said I would need a confirmation number for the cancelation in order to prevent further charges. Phoned Conact number for Bellatrix talked to Sarah - Sarah said the shipment should not have left yet - cancelled new credit card charge and said if the products came in the mail just put return to sender on the package. She confirmed that my subscription is cancelled. So no new charges but still on the hook for 204.00 for cream I would never have purchased had I known how much it was. Still upset.
