I ordered a tablet for my daughter for Christmas from this company. First it didnt arrive for Christmas morning even though the product was ordered two weeks prior and was promised to arrive before Christmas. Telephone calls and emails were never returned regarding concern that we would not have by Christmas. We did how ever receive a generic return email that stated they cant return calls or emails due to the high volume of customer inquiries.

When the tablet finally arrived it would not connect to the internet. I continued to email/call regularly for over two months regarding the defective tablet but I only received generic email that I had previously received before Christmas. This company actually was selling their product through the Sears website, as a third party seller. Sears tells me to contact the seller. To think that a company would knowingly sell hundreds of defective tablets to people who are giving them as gifts for Christmas and then to never reply / refund money or replace with a tablet that works is horrible, unjust, and I feel cheated, robbed. I would really like to know what I can do to make others aware of the company or put them out of business.
