Ordered tablet from EverBuying.com online for a Christmas present. Paid extra for insurance because if was coming from China and was afraid if there was an issue we couldn't get resolved before Christmas if we didnt. It never worked at all. Recieved a paperweight instead of a tablet.
Well, several emails dealing with a company around the world and they said we had to send it back before they would refund our money. My husband mailed it back to the address the tablet was sent to us from. When my husband notified the company by email that he had mailed it back, they asked him where was it sent and that the address used was wrong and it would have to be stopped and sent to the right address which they would now give us.
We couldn't stop the mail delivery. It was accepted where delivered and now the company says, 'sorry', but that is a shipping agent and not them and therefore they are keeping our money. What crooks.
