Tablet ordered for Christmas, returned for malfunction. Five months later, still no money returned

I ordered a 10" tablet for Christmas 2011 as a gift. The product malfunctioned. Therefore, I went to website, requested information for return. All I get is an automated response via phone and e-mail. It is now five months later and I have still not received a new product or a refund.

What a hassell. Never again.
