I purchased a 10" Superpad tablet from Sears. It was shipped from a company called electronicDealz. When I received the tablet I determined it was a used tablet, how did I know? It had emails on it from the previous owner. I contacted the previous owner and he said it was defective and he returned it to electronic Dealz. He also said he has had no luck in getting a replacement or a refund. I finally got a telephone number from Sears (who incidentally would not help me at all), I called electronicDealz and got a message of course, it said go to the website for returns. I went to the website, sent them an email and got back an immediate email that included allot of boilerplate stuff and also included directions for returning items. I returned the tablet on December 10th. I got the proof of delivery from the post office, have not heard from them since. I have emailed them several more times, and of course I get the same automatic email. I don't know what more I can do.
