Im writing in regard for my wife, who is employed by hardees booneville ms. This morning sunday she was to go to work at 6am, she was up all nite sick, my wife has never missed or been late for work, and works when called in to work for someone else. Today i called in for her at 4am to tell them she will not be able to work her face and eyes are so swelled she caint even see, i was told by the shift leader there that if she dont come to work she will need a drs excuse to return, thats 150 dollars we dont have, i tried to explain to the lady and she said sorry, thats the way it is. So i took here there at 5;30 am to prove she is sick. Caint even see. Still need drs excuse. Im sure it discrimination as my wife is Asian. What kind of shift leader is she and what has Hardees become. Her husband.
