Broken Tablet - 10 inch android tablet and accessorie package

I received this tablet on 21st Dec which was opened on 25th Dec, then on 28th Dec the Tablet will not switch on. I want to return this for a replacement or refund.

Please get in touch as soon as possible as this was a Christmas present for my daughter.
