I have a government assisted phone service with Reach Out Wireless. I have had nothing but problems with them since. Service is stopped and restarted and most recently I purchased a six month plan for 15.00 after my phone service stopped saying "There was not enough money on my account to make this call". I still have no phone service after 5 days. I purchased over a thousand minutes for 20.00 and was credited 10 hours of time which dropped hours for each minute used. I cannot get a hold of an operator, customer service rep or anything. I cannot send an e-mail either. This is totally a scam. They take your money and you don't get the minutes or service. Beware! If it sounds too good to be true... It probably isn't.
