My name is Zaka Savaya live. I am disabled person whom receive governmental assistance. I had a life line mobile phone from Reachout Wireless. My phone had a bad battery. I have to keep it connected to the charger in order to make a call. I had to upgrade my phone so I ordered a new phone from Reachout mobile website. The phone I received is a faulty phone with blank screen. I sent them an e-mail to [email protected] and two other e-mails using the contact us page on your website but they didn’t revert, I tried to call technical support at 877-870-9444 and Costumer Service at 877-870-9222 but they kept me on hold for 26 minutes, and I tried twice to live chat with Reachout on the internet but they kept me waiting for more than an hour. I had to send a letter to their headquarter and I got no answer.
My old phone is disconnected and all minutes were transferred to the new phone. I lost my money and my old phone. I do not know what to do and how I can get a replacement.
