I have a cell phone through reachout wireless. I purchased the unlimited talk and text program 3x. The first time it was fine, no problems. The second time I purchased it on 3-3-12, my plan did not get activated until 3-5-12 (the plan is supposed to be activated within 30 minutes of purchasing it). It got interrupted on 3-18-12, I was supposedly "abusing" the plan by making 900 calls and sending picture messages. I couldn't do that even if I wanted to, my phone just makes calls and basic text messages, it won't let you do anything else. They gave me a hassle of course, was on hold for hours, was told I had 3 options to A. Purchase another unlimited plan, B. Have the $26.50 reimbursed to my account or C. Accept 1000 minutes for the inconvenience, but they could not reactivate my unlimited plan. I finally chose the 1000 minutes after hours of arguing with them and being on hold. The 1000 minutes ran out very quickly. Seemed like they took out an hour for a 10 minute call. Then I purchased the plan again this month and within 2 weeks it got interrupted again. I spoke with someone and they did reactivate my unlimited plan, only for it to be interrupted again the next day. I spoke with someone else. Now I'm supposedly using my phone for running a business. They do nothing to resolve you problems, keep you on hold for hours, you can't understand any of them, they interrupted your service at their convenience. Something needs done about this company
