I've ordered 5 phones from this crappy company. I ordered the 5th phone on 03/06. Today is 05/01, and these freaking idiots haven't sent my phone yet, and on top of it all they won't refund my damn money. I hate Reachout, you guys are a piece of (Inappropriate Content Removed). I really hate you idiots! You should be paying people just to have your service. You never answer your phones and when you do, you put people on hold for hours. Reachout wireless has the MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! YOU GUYS SUCK (Inappropriate Content Removed)!
