I've been a customer of reachout wireless since 2011 and have had several problems, sometimes wouldn't have service for almost 24hr. The most recent was apr 24th. Anyway today when my unlimited plan plan fell off. My free 250 monthly minutes were not loaded to my account because the system had loaded them on the 7th of may and that I had already used them, however I explained to the agent and also a supervisor that how could I use free minutes if I had unlimited talk and text until may 16th. They refused to give me my free minutes which are to load at the end of the unlimited plan. Very unreliable service at times. * not sure of exact dollar amount had to add an amount to post report
