I enrolled in the reachout wireless plan 9 months ago and every time I try to add minutes there is a problem. The company either does not recognize the number or the address for the account. The web site takes my payment and then tells me they have taken the money but minutes not added. And today I have tried every option to contact them and online I am told no service reps are available, the phone has been ignored now for 2 hours. How do I get these people to fix the issue or at least answer the phone? Their number is 1-877-870-9222 please help
