I am a disabled Lifeline customer with Reachout wireless. The free phone they sent didn't work, and neither did the replacement, so I finally bought one. It didn't work either. After three weeks with no phone (during which time my unlimited minutes were lost to me) the phone they sent back came, and it was broken. Won't hold a charge, scrolls randomly through screens, buttons don't work, etc. I have been trying for 9 days to get hold of Reachout, but they aren't online, the email address sends messages back as undeliverable, the message space on the site won't send messages, and I have called and been on hold for up to FOUR HOURS, and still didn't get anyone. I try several times a day, but refuse to hold for over an hour. There is no way to get hold of these people, never mind the bad customer service back in the good old days when you could, and the bad equipment. I have serious health problems, and can't use my phone. It is worse than terrible.
