I bought a smart phone from and signed up with Boost Mobile for cell phone service. It has been nearly impossible to complete a call since beginning service. When calling out or receiving calls I am dropped almost every time. I have revisited Boost Mobile many times and the problem still persist. I was told there was nothing they could do. They have not even tried replacing phone. Said I should call Samsung. I am sick and tired or the run around. I just want reliable phone service.
