Complaint / review text:
I purchaced a boost mobile plan, I could not receive calls, so I called boost we worked on the problem for two week. Could not fix the problem. So I return it. Still have not got my refund. Boost called me and told me I will not get a refund because I closed my account. What are they thinking. Why would anyone pay another $50 for something that did not work. Boost get your crap together you owe me $50 pay up.
