Boost Mobile Unlimited Boasts unlimited phone for 45$ and for 5 more you get text and for 5 more than that you get web... Supposedly.
The User Manual that comes with the phone specifys that you can use your cell phone as a USB modem. I have all the up to date drivers. Boost However will not allow me to do what I wish, even though it is clearly stated in the manual.
I have attempted to contact Boost Mobile SEVERAL times to no luck. The phone system puts you on hold and plays the same 4 songs over and over and if you stay on hold for about 4 hours, the SAME customer service rep answers (only 1 CSR???), but lately I cant even get that.
I revert to contacting customer support VIA the online submission system at boost mobile (www.boostmobile.com) to NO response whatsoever (its been about 3 weeks).
Boost needs a better CSR team, and needs to list the process of using your unlimited phone as a modem for your laptop under their FAQ's... Not things people would already know... Like "what do i do if i lose my phone"...
I am EXTREMELY disgusted by their customer service (non-existant).
Make this right!
