On 11/19 signed up for Boost Mobile, Unlimited Calls, Text, Internet, Walkie/Talkie, Camera, Video for just $50.00 a month. After 8 hrs on the Phone with Boost CSR'S, and no luck with connecting the service I took the Phone to Radio Shack to get it checked out, couldn't get it too work. Radio Shack comfirmed my Phone was defective. I packed my Phone back in the box and sent it back to Boost Mobile/Motorolla, 1251 S. Perry Rd, Plainfield In. 46168-7653. Boost Mobile/Motorolla is to refund me $108.74.
11/20 I went to Nextel and purchased a new Phone. I was told to call Boost Mobile with the SIM, IMEI, and Authorization Numbers to connect the service...
This process took 4 CSR'S, and 2 Supervisors 7 more hrs. To complete... During all of this I was told how stupid I was. They kept telling me to take out the SIM Card and place it under the Battery!!! [ My phone has a slot for the SIM card ]. The last CSR told me she was just plain tired of talking to me, she was reading from the BOOk and I was not listening to her...
Back to Nextel I go, I had everything connect properly. Finally, the Phone started to work.
Checking my Bank a few hrs. Later I had a $50.00 withdrawl payable to Boost Mobile 11950 S.W. Garden Rd. 888-440-9958.
Within 3 minutes another withdrawl came thru for $50.00 payable to Boost Mobile 11950 S.W. Garden Rd. 888-440-9958.
A few minutes later another $50.00 withdrawl came thru payable to Boost Mobile Vista 888-440-9958.
I made calls to Boost Mobile inquiring why they were taking 3 payments of $50.00 out of my Account. Boost Mobile DENIED taking any payments out of my account... Tomorrow I have to cancel my Debit Card and start fighting to get this Money back.
Boost Mobile should be investigated and put out of Bussiness. This is FRAUD and Theft by Deception.
After reading the complaints, I can only fear what will happen next. But I won't have Cell Phone Service with Boost Mobile next month.
