I returned an order and called Customer Service to be sure it was received. They acknowledged receipt and said to allow 6-8 weeks for the credit to be processed. I never heard from them again. When I tried to call, their phone number was disconnected, their website was gone, and their email did not work. They have obviously gone out of business and flat out lied about giving me credit. They owe me over $108. I did find that the CFO was Frank Hill. How do we go about getting our money back from this thief?
