Ordered two shirts in July, returned them both in august a couple of days after receiving them. Called customer service on 9/13 to check the status by order number. She could not find that it had been received but that they were behind and to call again after at least two weeks. Today I call to hear that the company is closed and there is no one to contact regarding my return or refund. This is making me grouchy. Poor form!
