I purchased 2 dresses in June and promptly returned them because they didn't fit my body type. It seems the company never received my return. I have called numerous times to find out what they intend to do about the lost package that contained the 2 dresses. Today, the Rep indicated that the company is currently going through a re-organization. As a result of this, credits to a customer's account have been placed on hold until further notice. What does this mean? With this said, I will never see my credit for the return. I just lost over $130.
