Will not process return

I placed two clothing orders and returned the majority of the items at the beginning of April, it says on there website that it says that they will process the items within 15 days and 4-6 weeks to show up your credit card statement. I have proof they received the return. They still have not processed the return, they have canned email responses, the same canned responses are repeated over the phone. They are sometimes rude when asked when the return will be processed. I will never do business with this company again.
