Did not receive refund

After reviewing the return policy, I ordered a pair of boots from Casual Living. I received the boots, they did not fit. As directed, I used the UPS return shipping label to return these boots. I shipped the boots back to Casual Living. I have yet to receive any reimbursment for this product. I currently cannot even find the website I purchased the boots off of. Please HELP!!!
