The promise on the back of the statement says within 90 days of purchase, all returns will be credited to your account within 5 days of receipt. I returned the item on August 20, and I have proof they received it on August 30 but I am still waiting. All phone numbers have been disconnected and my credit card company can not help me since it has been more than 30 days. Anybody have any suggestions or any luck reaching the customer service department?
