Due to an oversight on my part, I did not cancel on time but explained to them that I have never opened the package and have not used it. Management was dismissive and unwilling to help. They did not give me an option to return the unused product to credit back the charge of $159.95. To add insult to injury, my account was debited twice on two consecutive days for the same amount. BBB has a rating of F for this company. There are two companies under this name. One from the State of Florida with a rating of a B and the other in Pennsylvania with a rating of an F. They are one of the same.
