My issue was that I did not use or open the package sent. However, due to my oversight, I was not able to cancel on time. Even with my plea and explanation, management was insensitive and dismissive. I just found out that they debited my account twice and will have to wait to have one of the two credited back. The other debit was apparently for the trial package originally sent to me which again, I explained I have never used.instead of trying to help, both the supervisor and his subordinate were unwilling to assist, which explains the company's F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am now stuck with a $159.95 charge for a product that I will never use.
