I ordered the product on 3/6 the product arrived on 3/30. My credit card was billed before the product arrived. I tried to cancel to get a refund (and return product unopened) I was told to keep the product because I had already been billed. I have been trying for a week to get an RMA# and return to product for a refund but keep getting the run around. My emails to them kept going to regalcig.com with regalcig. Coms phone number. I called this number and received emails from them stating they were not associated with Ginale. I have called Ginale every day since 4/6 and hear the system is down and there are no supervisors available, that they will send me a ticket number or someone will call. This is ridiculous all I want is to return this product and get my money refunded to my account.
