I ordered a product from aura vie skin care and i also received this ginale skin care package. I did not open package. I called the co they gave me a number to place on the package that was rma 3933782629189 and return the package. I did just that. Since then i have called the co and was told on 2 different times that it was received and they would send an email to the credit office. I have called again today and now am told that they don't see that it has been returned. I was told the emails were sent so i should be receiving my credit. This has been going on since 02/20
