After trying to cancel anymore shipments of Ginale Skin Care by phone
which was useless, put on hold with loud music blasting in my ear for 15-20
minutes and no reply to my emails I finally filed a dispute with my credit card
Company. They immediately credited my card with the amount in question
and told me they would look into the matter.
My advise would be, don't give up. Contact your form of payment and file
a dispute. It can't hurt and may be very beneficial to you.
