Odered free sample of derma pure. Recieved a box with ginale skin care products that I never ordered. Called derma pure to cancel, was told it was too late to cancel, first shipment but they would cancel at that point so I should not recieve another shipment. Three weeks later Iwas billed for another shipment. Called back to let them know I was emailed aconformation of cancellation from derma pure. Derma informed me they had nothing to do with ginale. This has been going on since Feb. I finally had to cancel my credit card, my bank credited me the money. If you have been scamed by this co. Make a complaint I would really like to get this co. I am reporting them to the better bus. Buir.
