I explained in depth that I recently had back surgery and that I was taking major pain medication and after the sales pitch about why I needed a million diet pills I again said wait I am taking major pain medication. I was promised that it would not harm or react with the pain meds. My 1st day on these non FDA approved diet pills I became very ill. I notified Natalie and she said oh your fine, just try again tomorrow. Then tomorrow she said take less. Not concerned at all that she could have possibly harmed me with these pills. Again not concerned Natalie says I talked with my nutrionist and she said you should be fine. There was never a DR involved yet this clinic says they are medical/Dr approved. The FDA doesnt even approve this stuff. I asked for a refund and Natalie said NO the FDA won't allow it. I guess Natalie has never read the back of the bottle. I could get better stuff from GNC and they will refund it and most of their stuff is also NON FDA and they can return stuff.
This place is a joke. There whole deal is push pills. I wasn't even given a calorie intake just a paper with common sense choices for a diet. But never did she say its a blank calorie diet. The scary thing is that I was stupid and I let them inject me with a shot, a shot that I have no idea what was in it and although I was told it was b12 and I would have energy, I had none. I deserve a 100% refund for the diet pills that could have caused a fatal reaction. There is no Dr present and this is in a bad part of Roswell. I paid with my American Express and was never given a receipt. I was told their credit card machine was broken and they needed to run the card through paypal so they wrote my credit card info on paper and told me not to look at the paper as there were other customers credit card info. This means they are not established with a credit card processor. Still a week later and no receipt or a phone call saying sorry we almost harmed you. You owe me a refund. Your pills damaged my health and gave me a crazy scare.
