The following is my personal opinion based soley on my own experience!
Damned the offer looked good!
They (I honostly believe) have a fake E-Cigarette website that purports the benifits of E-Cigaretts and offer's Regal Cig's to be the smokers saviour for the mere cost of $4.95
That I saw while researching this type of product.
Unfortunatly, I ordered (being a trusting soul) without reading the term's and condition's (never again!).
After the fact, I discovered the complaint's and called to cancel my order. They were having nothing to do with that! Was told that I was being ignorant in expecting $119.00 worth of product for $4.95.
I called my credit card company, told them the sad story, they disalowed the $4.95, and on my request, cancelled my credit card and are sending me a new card with a new account number to avoid future charges.
Sent the Regal B-somethin's an email to their customer support (in my opinion fleecing) department and got some kind of automated response offering phone numbers (no doubt to company zombies) who will tell me to bugger off once again!
Good Lord do I feel Stoopid!
I still have I hopes using E-Cigarett's to stop smokeing.
Just not with this company!
