On 03/30, I too saw the Regal Cigs ad on MSN.com, “A free Regal Cigs Premium Starter Kit and you just pay the $4.95 shipping.” I too thought the offer was legitimate. Another step I will take is to contact MSN.
I called Regal Cigs and was told my “trial period” had expired and I had agreed to their Terms and Conditions, found at the bottom of the 3 pages and having 65 year old eyes couldn’t read it. I canceled my debit card and as suggested am going to lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at ftccomplaintassistant. Gov
I’m on social security $800 a month and they’ve just taken my grocery allowance for the month. Thought this would help me stop smoking which I can't afford either.
