I was searching the web for info on e-cigarettes and saw the Regal Free Cigarette on the MSN page. I gave them my charge card number for the shipping. I received the starter kit and was trying to decide if I wanted to use it and order more cartridges or not. My credit card company called tonight and said there was a charge from Regal Germany for 119.95 and wanted to know if it was legit. I told them I had ordered the free cigarette but I did not authorize anything else. Nowhere did it say I had to return the starter kit in 14 days. I canceled my charge card and the cc company was filing a fraud complaint. This company should be stoped. False advertising at the least.
