Regal Cigs billed my card $4.95, $119.95 and $69.90 and I do not know how they obtained my card information. I ordered the electronic cigarette kit from Victory Electronic Cigarettes for my husband for Christmas and somehow Regal Cigs obtained my information. I contacted them today because I received a package from them, that I wanted to return. I was told that I would have to pay for shipping and that there would be a 20% restocking fee, this package is unopened and I did not order whatever is in it. If there is anything legally that I can do about this, please let me know because I am out $200
